Grand Teton Climbers' Ranch

Located in Moose, WY. The Climbers' Ranch will open June 12 with modified operations due to COVID-19. Cabins are rented to families or cohort groups only (not by the bunk). Rates are for two individuals; book first, email [email protected] to add additional guests.

Per CDC guidance, all individuals are asked to mask indoors, and outdoors when in congested areas where 6-foot physical distancing cannot be maintained.

    Guests must provide their own sleeping pad and bedding (sleeping bag) at the Grand Teton Climbers' Ranch.

    RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE
    Cabins are reserved for families or cohort groups. All listed rates are for two guests, each additional guest is $22 per member and $33 per non-member daily (incl. tax). Please go ahead and book your cabin, after booking email [email protected] to arrange for additional guests in your cabin.

    Per CDC guidance, all individuals are asked to mask indoors, and outdoors when in congested areas where 6-foot physical distancing cannot be maintained.

    Before your stay, please email [email protected] with the name and email address of ALL people in your party (unless you did this when registering). In the event that a suspected or confirmed coronavirus case occurs, this information will be utilized to inform guests and state contact tracers. ​

    Be advised of Teton County and WY State Travel Guidelines and Restrictions. ​ ​

    Staff Office Hours:
    4 p.m - 8 p.m. daily; check-in must occur during office hours, check-out by 10 a.m.

    Ranch Quiet Hours:
    Quiet hours for all cabins and the Ranch property are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. This is a communal space; please be courteous to fellow guests.

    Smoking:
    Smoking is prohibited in all indoor and outdoor spaces at the Climbers' Ranch. If you need to smoke you must walk down the entrance road away from the Ranch and properly dispose of any waste associated with smoking.

    Pet Policy:
    No pets are allowed at the GTCR. Specially trained service animals such as seeing eye dogs are welcome with advanced notification. Please email the manager at [email protected] to arrange for a service pet's stay.

    Vehicles:
    No vehicles over 22' and no trailers are permitted.

    Firearms:
    The possession of firearms on any part of the concession property is prohibited, including within any guest cabin or other structure. This prohibition applies to all employees, lodging guests, and other visitors. ​

    Check-in:
    4-8 p.m. at the office with the names of all party members and license plates of all vehicles in the party. Temperature scans will be required upon arrival. Expect a detailed email 24 hours before your stay with your cabin location and additional information. Please feel free to leave a note on the bulletin board on the office door if you need anything outside of office hours and the manager will touch base with you. Staff lives onsite and is readily available. ​

    SICK GUESTS & THEIR ENTIRE PARTY WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE ​ ​

    Guests are asked to self-screen for COVID-19 symptoms before arrival:
    - Have you been in close contact with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19?
    - Are you experiencing shortness of breath, cough, or sore throat?
    - Have you had a fever in the last 48 hours?
    - Have you had new loss of taste or smell?
    - Have you had vomiting or diarrhea in the last 24 hours?
    If you answered YES to any of those questions, PLEASE STAY HOME! ​

    Shower Houses: Closed daily 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. for cleaning
    Cook-shelter: Physical distancing 6ft. required.

    Cooking:
    Guests must bring their own gas or propane camp stoves stoves. Charcoal grills are prohibited. We have a few hot plates and shared pots, please clean and store properly when finished. Guests should bring plates, cutlery, and cups at a minimum. ​ ​

    More than 30 days notice: full refund
    7-30 days notice: 50% refund
    Less than 7 days notice: no refund ​

    *Coronavirus* If your party is affected by COVID-19 your stay will be fully refunded, no questions asked. We do ask that you notify us in advance of your stay. ​

    *Late Arrivals* Reservations for multiple days are automatically canceled without refund unless notice of late arrival is provided to the manager by 11:00 a.m. on the second day of the reservation.

    *Policy Adherence* Campers that fail to follow campground rules will be asked to leave immediately and are not eligible for a refund. Repeat offenders will be asked not to return to the campground. ​

    *Note* Becoming a member after making your reservation will not result in refunds for the member vs non-member rates for nights already booked. A member MUST be present to receive the member rate.
