Price is per person and includes 9% NH rooms and meals tax.
The house is a shared space with a 6-person co-ed bunkroom, full bathroom, kitchen, and WiFi. Guests provide their own sleeping bag and towels. No guest pets or non-registered guests allowed in bunkhouse. Please know the campground manger has a pet, if you are allergic, please contact directly.

    ***Due to COVID-19 opening date is subject to change.*** Office Hours (located on the west side of the house):
    Monday - Thursday: 5 p.m.- 8 p.m.
    Friday - Sunday - 7 a.m. - 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. - 9 p.m.
    When the office is closed the Campground Manager can be reached at 603-213-8011.

    Check-In Information:
    All guests must check-in with the Campground Manager during office hours. If you arrive outside of office hours please set-up your tent anywhere you like, then check-in with the Manager or call 603-213-8011 to register.

    Campsites are communal and first-come first-served. Several picnic tables and fire rings are dispersed throughout the campground. Due to flood potential we have a limited number of these, please share when able.

    Guests reserving the house bunkroom must bring their own sleeping bag and shower towel. Mattress, pillow, and pillow case are provided. Check-in is at 3 p.m. and check-out at 11 a.m.

    Cancellation Policy:
    100% refund for reservations cancelled more than 30 days in advance. 50% refund for reservations cancelled more than 7 days in advance. No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of the date of stay.

    Campground Rules:

    Keep all fires inside established pits.
    No trash in the fire pits.
    No fires in the barn.
    Quiet hours are 10 p.m. – 7 a.m.
    Dispose of all trash in the dumpster provided.
    Well behaved dogs are allowed in the campground only, leashes required. NO pets in the bunkroom or house.
    Camping in your car is allowed.
    Absolutely NO vehicles on the beach.
    5 MPH speed limit.
    Do NOT burn standing wood - firewood can be purchased in town.
    Drinking water spigot is located on the back of the barn.
